Handling your calls how you want:

Our operators will follow your specific call handling instructions; from what information you need to obtain to what action to take (i.e. take a message, patch call through, process an order, etc). You can alter the way we handle your calls at any time, free of charge.

Handling your calls when you want:

By using call divert either through your telephone provider or on your telephone system, you retain complete control over how often you use us. Some of our clients divert all of their calls all of the time, while others just use us as an overflow during busy periods.
