Using a shared online
diary (either ours or yours, whichever you prefer) you can input your schedule
and block out any times you are unavailable. This information is accessible
by our operators, allowing them to book appointments on your behalf whilst
the caller is on the line.
Your diary will update
with any new appointments and cancellations immediately and we'll also
inform you by email and/or SMS text.
