An Auto Attendant - also known as IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Virtual Switchboard - allows you to direct callers to certain departments/individuals based on the option they have selected from the recorded menu.

For all other enquiries, press 4"

This system is fully customisable. Calls can be forwarded to any landlines and mobiles you specify, as well as our call centre if all of your own lines are busy.

  • Monthly Fee: £20
  • Call charges depend on the number you select
The above charges include your welcome greeting and menu options being recorded by one of our operators. Same day setup possible.
